Beautiful, lasting memories are made at The Chapel.
The Chapel is a reimagined space with a long history. Originally, as a place of worship, it was sited opposite The Radio Springs Hotel in Lyonville. The building was moved onto Babbington Park at some stage in the twentieth century. There it languished for many decades as a farm shed. The dirt floor at odds with the beautifully wood paneled ceiling. As the property changed hands several time over the last decade, improvements were made. During 2023 Susan embarked on a full renovation of the building to create an exquisite space that remembers it’s original purpose.
The Chapel is a light and airy space with views down across paddocks to a large lake. A place to watch the geese wander about, a lazy cat perch on a stone wall, or an inquisitive goat poke a head over a fence. It has a sense of calm and quiet, making it ideal for any number of events and occasions. As a place for a commitment ceremony, wedding, memorial service, the space can be lined with handcrafted pews and seats approximately 36. This set up is also ideal for speaking events, small concerts, book launches, lectures.
